Software and Services

There are two components in the products we offer; software and services.

Software consists of the program that you use. It is available to you at no charge as long as you read the online manual, answer support questions yourself and can use the software without program updates.

Services are a paid option and are made up of the following:-

Support

Direct technical support via email, phone, chat and remote access
Data checking and fixing
Updates to fix program errors
Upgrades to improve programs
Use of third-party services like API access and cloud hosting for our cloud software

Support services are available either as a fixed prepaid amount per year (off-the-shelf software), a calculated prepaid amount per year (customised software) or an ad-hoc postpaid amount calculated on an hourly basis to the nearest half hour (all software). It is not available for software we did not provide or hardware we do not sell.

Important: Cloud software always requires support services to use.

Programming services are quoted based on the time required to develop and/or amend the software after a systems study and analysis. Terms of payment and conditions are mentioned in the quotation we prepare.
