Payment Methods

 

We accept payments using one of the following methods:-

 

• Pay using FPX, Visa, MasterCard, DuitNow QR or EZPAY
• Purchase from our online stores at Shopee and Lazada (Subscriptions, add-ons and services are not available. Shipping fees may apply.)
• Log into your online bank account and perform an Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) transaction to our RHB Bank account of 2123-211000-4145 in the name of C T SOFTWARE
• Issue a cheque to C T SOFTWARE with the account number as 2123-211000-4145 and drop it into RHB Bank's cheque deposit machine

What Is EZPAY?

 

EZPAY is a special easy payment scheme offered by C.T. Software to allow you to pay for your purchase amounts of RM400.00 and above in multiple interest-free monthly instalments. To enrol for this scheme, simply read, accept and sign the EZPAY agreement that we will send to you. There is no need for you to provide us salary slips, bank statements, a photo of your office or yourself, a CTOS report, etc. Once we received the signed EZPAY agreement, your request to pay by instalments will be approved.

 

To sign up, click one of the Buy Now links for any item that costs RM400.00 and above. You will be taken to our payment processing application. Enter your name, email address and telephone number. Select the EZPAY option and click the Payment button. You will be shown a prompt asking you to confirm your instalment request. Click the WhatsApp link to send us a message or click the Email link to send us an email. In either case, we will contact you to continue the order process.

Delivery

 

• If you purchase from Shopee or Lazada, a printed user's guide will be couriered to you. Wait until you receive the guide and follow the instructions within it to download and install and/or use the software/application.
• If you pay by cheque, we will email you the user's guide or activate your account upon clearance of the cheque, typically within 3 working days after deposit
• If you pay online, we will email you the user's guide or activate your account within a few hours of receiving your payment.

 

The user's guide is an important document which contains your licence number, activation code, client code or default password which you use to access the Client Access Manager (CLAM) to download your software, if applicable. Deliveries are carried out and services provided only after payment has been received.

 

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

 

All sales are final and subject to our terms of sale. Cancellations, returns or refunds are not permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
