We are pleased to announce that you are now able to purchase specified software using the Buy Now Pay 3 (BNP3) payment option instead of a full upfront payment. This option allows you to spread the cost and make payments in 3 monthly instalments for CARAT and CARSA software that are payable on a one-time basis. Subscriptions, add-on services and additional features are not available for this payment option.
There are no procedures or need to submit documents to apply for this convenience.
To see if a software is payable by BNP3, check if the software in the store has the BNP3 text next to the software's price. If yes, click on it and you will be sent to the checkout page for the first instalment. Complete the payment and you will receive the Getting Started guide with licence codes and/or account login information to download and/or use your software. The software's usage expiry date will be set to 30 days after your payment date.
A week before your usage expiry date for the first payment, you will be emailed a payment checkout link for the second instalment. Complete this and your software's usage expiry date is extended by another 30 days.
The above process is repeated for the final payment. This time however, your software's usage expiry date is extended by 100 years upon final payment. Your BNP3 process is now completed and you can use the software without restrictions for as long as you want.
IMPORTANT: If we do not receive the instalment payment for the second or third payment checkout link after the usage expiry date, the software will either block you from adding new records or deny you access to the software when you attempt to login. In addition, technical support and program update services will be suspended. Your usage, technical support and program update services will re-commence once the instalment payment has been received.
Note: Online payment methods for BNP3 are limited to FPX, JomPay, DuitNow and IBG. Payment by cheque is acceptable if you inform us beforehand after you receive the payment checkout link. Please check the store for details of using these payment methods.
