TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SUBSCRIPTIONS
These include updates (bug fixes) and upgrades (feature additions) and priority support of 2 hour response time via email
Upon expiry of a subscription, and if you choose to not renew, you can continue to use the software but no data additions will be possible and no updates or upgrades will be available. You can still use our standard support of 24 hour response time via email.
LICENCES
These include updates (bug fixes), upgrades (feature additions) and premium support for the first year. After the first year, you can get the optional premium support to continue receiving phone and remote access services.
If you do not have a premium support plan after the first year, you can continue to use the software at no charge and receive the standard support of 24 hour response time via email.
Upgrades will be offered at a special fee when available.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque to our RHB Bank account number 2123-211000-4145 in the name of C T SOFTWARE
MISCELLANEOUS
All licences and subscriptions come with a single user licence and one company name
